The Machine:

Precision of PVC/PU endotracheal intubation extrusion production line is mainly used in the production of 2.5 mm to 2.5 mm clinical common trachea inserted, reinforced tracheal intubation, special-shaped endotracheal intubation, wire endotracheal intubation, special-shaped steel wire endotracheal intubation, trachea cut cannula, double lumen endobronchial intubation; Applicable materials: medical grade PVC, PP, PE, PU.

Main features:

1. Precision medical tube extrusion line is stable and efficient, especially its voltage,hydraulic, pneumatic, 

    extrusion and traction speed are digital control when producing process.

2. The roundness and wall thickness have reached a high standard of ± 0.02mm.

Medical endotracheal intubation (trachea cannula): a special endotracheal tube, the glottis placement tracheal technology, called endotracheal intubation, this technology can offer optimum condition for airway unobstructed, ventilation oxygen, respiratory attract and prevent aspiration etc.
Tube body is made of soft PVC, wall open pore and embedded marking line.
Extrusion line adopt full precision tube high-speed extrusion technology which developed by KINGSWEL--BAODIE Company, the highest production speed of intubation tube can reach to 150meter/min.
